Consent to the processing.
The user finishing the registration declares to have received complete report according to the art. 13 D.L. 196/2003 and to have taken cognizance of the rights as from the art. 7 of the same Decree “Right to access to personal data and other rights”, and expresses its consent to the processing and to the communication of its data qualified as personal and sensible, with the purposes and the length specified in the report.
Law 38/2006.
Compulsory communication according to the article 17 of the law n. 38/2006 Italian law punishes with imprisonment crimes pertaining to prostitution and juvenile pornography, even if they are committed abroad.
