DAILY PROGRAM
1st day: arrival at Milan Malpensa Airport in the first afternoon and meeting with the guide, departure with GT coach for a walk in the centre of Milan where you can admire the magnificient façade of the Duomo with its 4 metres tall Madonnina, the fashionable Via Montenapoleone, Piazza della Scala and the Castle Sforzesco. In the evening arrival at the hotel with dinner and overnight stay.
2nd day: after breakfast departure to Verona the legendary city of Romeo and Juliet glorified by Shakespeare. Time-permitting we will visit Sirmione and its Castle Scaligero by the glamorous Garda Lake (optional € 20,00 pp). Free lunch and continuation to the unique town Marostica with its "Chess Square" with Grappa tastino (very famous liqueur). Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
3rd day: after breakfast departure to Venice with its Piazza San Marco, defined by Napoleon "the best salon in Italy" its endless canals and its bridges. In the evening arrival at the hotel with dinner and overnight stay. Optional dancing evening with live music ( € 10,00 pp).
4th day: after breakfast visit the beautiful Ravenna and after free lunch departure to San Marino the most ancient republic of Europe, rich of history and desired shopping destination. Lunch in a typical restaurant (included). Dinner and overnight stay in the hotel.
5th day: after breakfast departure to Pisa, the city of the leaning tower in the marvellous Piazza dei Miracoli. After departure to Florence the pearl of Italy for its innumerabile masterpieces well known all over the world. Free lunch during the city tour and afterwards passing the "wine road" with stopping in the tuscany village "Greve in Chianti". Dinner and overnight stay in the hotel.
6th day: after breakfast departure to San Gimignano and then Siena to discover the real taste and colours of the tuscany traditions. Free lunch and departure to Assisi, the famous town where San Francesco was born. Dinner and overnight stay in the hotel.
7th day: after breakfast all day dedicated to the tour of Rome the city that all the world envies us, unique and inimitabile, the city of thousand and one aspects that surprises for its history going back thousands of years pointed by the most famous monuments and archaelogical remains of the world. Free lunch. Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.
8th day: all day in Rome
9th day: after breakfast transfer to the airport of Rome for return flight
